Abnormal noise in the dechlorination tank

These past few days, there has been a lot of noise near the manhole cover in the dechlorination tank; it sounds like air being sucked in, but no leaks were detected. Has anyone experienced this situation? The vacuum level in the tank hasn’t changed. # + +
Is it a knocking sound or an inhaling sound? Is the outlet pipe vibrating? Once, the gauge broke down; the vacuum level was extremely high, and the sound of the material boiling inside the tower was very loud
It sounds like a hissing sound, and the two pressure gauges show the same reading; it’s unlikely to be a problem with the gauges
Is the manhole on your tower located in the gas phase section? If evacuation is taking place, the purity of the elemental chlorine should be relatively low. Moreover, if the manhole is located in the liquid phase, there shouldn’t be any sound of evacuation either
