It had never been measured before; now it’s 90.6 – I’m not sure whether that’s high or low. Also, for a plant with a capacity of 250,000 tons, what size of pipes are used for the dechlorination condensate? # + +

Reply to 1# Zhang Yongguo: A chlorine purity of 90.6% is indeed a bit low; our highest level has been 96%, and the normal value should be around 94%. The loss of chlorine after drying wet chlorine should not exceed 1%. The diameter of the chlorine condensate pipe can be calculated; for 250,000 tons, DN150 is sufficient.

By purity, the poster is referring to wet chlorine gas, right? ? The criteria here are the same as those used in the main pipeline; a value of over 98% is considered acceptable (for dry chlorine gas)
