How to obtain professional titles and how to take the foreign language exam for professional titles

I’ve just started my career, working in the field of pressure vessels and piping. I would like to ask some of the more experienced colleagues about the requirements related to foreign language skills for professional titles and the process for obtaining such titles. When can one be evaluated for junior, intermediate, and senior professional titles? Those professional titles require knowledge of foreign languages and other skills; I hope the experienced colleagues can offer their guidance
Both intermediate and advanced levels require a foreign language exam; for the intermediate level, it is B. Advanced is A; you can also get two A’s. When the evaluation takes place depends on your major. But they’re all simple
