This post was last edited by zhangyuan on 2011-7-19 10:01. Have any of you experts worked on the design of ground torches? It seems there isn’t much information available in China either? I work in graphic design, so I just want to know the length and width when it comes to a 2D layout. Does anyone know anything about this? Please give me some advice. Also, what is the minimum distance required between the ground torch and Class A tanks?
There are no clear fire separation requirements specified in China for ground torches; the minimum distance required from Class A tanks depends on the requirements set for those Class A tanks themselves
Design and operation of ground torches, operation and maintenance, solution
There are many manufacturers in China capable of designing and producing ground torches; you can look for them online and get in touch with them
If there are no relevant domestic standards, design can be based on European and American standards.
There are many complete sets of ground torches manufactured by manufacturers outside now; they are also known as ground incinerators. You can search for them further. A general size of 35x20 m2 will suffice. The ground flare is defined based on the location of the open flame: it is 60 m away from Class A storage tanks (>1000 m3), and the distance is 50 m for tanks with a capacity between 100 and 1000 m3
Go and check the fire safety regulations; they specify their minimum spacing there
