To establish a maintenance system for air compressors, enhance the operation and maintenance of these devices, and ensure their proper and scientific operation. 2. Scope 2.1. Applicable to our company’s Astral. Maintenance management of Kaeser screw compressors. 3. Responsibilities: Operators in the production department, electrical and mechanical maintenance staff. 4. Content 4.1 If the compressor has not been in operation for more than six months, it is necessary to improve the lubricity of the compressor’s moving parts at the time of startup. First, power it on for 4 hours, and then start supplying power to the crankcase heater of the dryer’s refrigeration compressor. 4.2 Check the oil level, empty the dust collector of the air filter; if the red area on the air filter maintenance indicator is fully filled, replace the filter element. 4.3 Starting: Turn on the power supply. Check whether the power indicator light is on ； Open the air outlet valve, close the condensate drain valve, and press the start button on the control panel. When the compressor starts running, the automatic operation indicator light will turn on. Ten seconds after startup, the drive motor will switch from star to delta configuration, and the compressor begins to operate under load. Check the oil level during loading ； Regularly check whether condensate water is discharged during operation; in principle, the condensate water should be discharged every eight hours, with proper recording kept. Regularly check the display screen and view relevant data such as pressure and temperature. Shut down: Press the shut down button, and the self-operating indicator light will go out; after running for 30 seconds in unload mode, the compressor will stop operating. Close the air outlet valve ； Close the condensate drain valve. 4.4 Daily preventive maintenance, daily: (1) Check oil level ； (2) Check the readings on the display screen ； (3) Check the air filter maintenance indicator light. Every three months: (1) Inspect the cooler and clean it if necessary. (2) Check the condenser of the dryer and clean it if necessary. (3) Remove the air filter element. Use air jetting for cleaning and inspection, and replace filters that are damaged or severely contaminated. (4) When pressing the test button on top of the electronic wastewater discharge device, check whether condensate water is being discharged.
