The temperature of my process medium is 60 degrees Celsius, and the pressure (gauge pressure) is 4 KP. The gas composition is as follows: H2O2, Cl2, CO2, N2, Ar, H2O; the percentages by volume are 82.28%, 5.28%, 0.002%, 0.02%, 0.421%, 12.000% respectively, totaling 100%. The gas flow rate is 17,045 Nm3/h, the pipe diameter is 800 mm, and the pipe length is 230 M. May I ask what the leakage rate is, and how many sets of rupture disc devices are required? If you can tell me how to design the burst discs, I will be able to determine the number of burst discs required for our entire system. Then you can provide me with a quote. I’m referring only to pipe sections under a pressure of 4 KP; our pressure levels vary, so there are multiple sections. Once I have those details, I can give you the necessary parameters along with your quote, and then our company can discuss the specifics with you. Please have your company assist us with the selection of the appropriate model. You also manufacture our flanges, and since our pipes are connected by welding, there are no flanges needed. Some of our information is confidential; it would be best if you provided me with the calculation method, after which I can directly give you the order quantity and model.
