I would like to ask: do those forum members use stainless steel pipes (8mm or 6mm) as gas supply pipes in their factories? Our factory is in the hydrogen production industry, where copper pipes and stainless steel pipes are used extensively. The stainless steel connectors (band-type) that we are using now suffer from leakage in many cases. Although it’s not severe, there is still air leakage. I would like to ask the members of this forum if anyone has any good solutions for this issue.
Applying some PTFE tape at the joint provides a decent sealing effect.
There is a problem with the connector; a bayonet connection can be used.
Use imported Swagelok ferrule connectors; if the pipes are of good quality, there will be no problems.
Previously, in aviation aerodynamic systems, flared pipe fittings with a 74-degree cone were commonly used; they could handle pressures of over 10 Mpa without any problem, for reference.

For my previous projects, ordinary clamps were sufficient; if the pressure in question is high, then high-pressure, heavy-duty clamps can be used.
