Design the piping and instrumentation diagram ; 2. Design the equipment layout diagram ; 3. Selection of shaping equipment and preparation of procurement condition sheet ; 4. Selection of custom equipment and preparation of a diagram outlining the requirements for its fabrication ; 5. Identify the civil infrastructure conditions and electrical conditions ; 6. Design pipeline layout diagram 7. Pipe outlet section table and comprehensive material table ; 8. Outlet pipe characteristic table ; 9. Layout diagram of the outlet ; 10. List of Equipment to be Delivered ; This is a topic related to the design of one of the tank areas. I have never designed anything like this before, and I’m not sure what to do first or what to do next. I hope everyone can give me some advice. Thank you so much!
Senior, please give some guidance and point me in the right direction. Thank you!
Come in and take a look. I can’t help you with that; it’s a double-glazed reactor
You’re addressing both the process and piping together; do the process first, then the piping, go ahead
Reply to 4# zero229: Yes, in our company, all things related to process piping are handled by the process department – process comes first. Could you be more specific? Does it mean performing calculations for various pipes, pumps, and valves? I’m just a bit confused; I don’t know in which books I should look up this information, nor do I know what I should do. Thank you! ~~
I work in piping; we don’t handle PID – that’s the responsibility of the process engineers. If you already have the PID, then I can talk about the rest. However, I suggest you ask the experienced teachers at your workplace.
Reply to 6# zero229: Oh, haha, okay. Thank you!
Reply 1# MC Jianjian, come in and learn* a bit
Reply to 8# Xiaoxiaomuzi: I’m also learning *! ! ! ! ! !
