Hello everyone, I’m a beginner. I would like to ask that theoretically, what aspects need to be taken into consideration when changing from a circulating fluidized bed boiler to a coal-water slurry boiler? It’s sufficient to just modify the feeding device.
No one answered, so I’ll throw out an idea first to inspire others. I believe that when switching from circulating fluidized bed boilers to water-coal slurry fluidized boilers, two main issues need to be addressed: one is stable combustion and prevention of coking. The second point is to transform the external circulation of coal combustion. The others, such as dust removal methods, are quite similar.
