In the Texaco process, what situations lead to the low-low interlock between the quench chamber and the lockhopper pressure difference?
Condition: Lock hopper/vaporizer pressure difference LL； The liquid level in the washing and cooling chamber is not at LL level; the safety valve of the lock hopper opens
When the pressure difference in the lock-type gasification furnace is very low and the liquid level in the quenching chamber is normal, the middle slag locking valve can be opened to start slag collection.
Reply to 3# mozhiyang: It seems that the chain systems used at Texaco are different from ours. The Sixth Hospital copied those systems without properly following their specifications; the allowable range for the lock differential pressure there is apparently -0.2 to 0.2
