What type of tower internals are used by polysilicon manufacturers for purification these days?

I’m not sure what type of internal components are currently used by polysilicon manufacturers, or if there are any new technologies available to improve purification efficiency. Which manufacturers’ internal components are being used? Tray or packing? A novice like me is here to seek advice from all the teachers, hoping that they can provide guidance.
Legend has it that Hualu does well in this area; if there are engineers from Hualu on the chemical engineering forums, you should be able to learn a lot from them

We use sieve tray towers and fixed-valve tray towers

That technology from Tianjin University hasn’t been put into industrial use yet; it’s said to be in the pilot stage at Zhongsi, but I’m not sure about the current situation
