Can copper welding be used for the welds of white steel pipes?
Sure, but why do that? Why not use stainless steel?

Stainless steel pipes can generally be welded using copper welding, but there is one condition: it cannot be used for welding pressure pipes (especially not for butt welding). Since copper welding of stainless steel pipes is equivalent to brazing, the resulting strength is not high. If such pipes are to be used in pressure applications, stainless steel welding electrodes must be used, with electric welding or TIG welding being viable options. If the pressure is not very high and the pipes are relatively thin, for example ； For instrument air supply systems, copper welding can also be used, but socket welding should be employed for the weld joints in order to improve their strength.

Brazing can be used (silver brazing is preferred), but plug welding or sleeve welding should be employed. But I recommend using silver welding; it is much better than copper welding. Although silver welding also falls under the category of brazing, its pressure-bearing capacity after welding is much higher than that of copper welding.
