Responsible for the selection, evaluation, and technical negotiations of design institutes and equipment suppliers, as well as the preparation of contract documents ； 3. Assist in organizing the installation, commissioning, management, and control of equipment ； 4. Familiar with the preparation of operation manuals for chemical engineering and mechanical equipment; capable of providing necessary technical guidance and training to employees, implementing effective monitoring during operation, and having the ability to resolve emergencies. Professional skill requirements: 1. A master’s degree or above in chemical engineering or mechanical engineering is required; experience of at least three years in waste incineration or sludge treatment is preferred ； 2. Familiar with high-pressure reactor vessel design, heat balance techniques for high-pressure reactors, and the design of steam boilers and associated systems ； 3. Familiar with the design specifications and standards for high-pressure reactor vessels and associated systems ； 4. Able to quickly master the technical tasks related to the installation and commissioning of new high-pressure reactor vessels ； 5. Familiar with the entire process of equipment installation, and possess strong organizational skills.
