The factory now requires the hydrogen compressor to be depressurized and shut down – is there any good way to do this? With our current pressure relief method, the pressure builds up very high. I was wondering if anyone has any good methods they could share!

First, the compressor must be switched to the standby unit; then the outlet valve should be closed while the compressor’s return line is opened. It is important that both systems work in coordination to avoid pressure buildup or leakage, thereby preventing the inlet safety valve from activating. Careful and coordinated operation is required. I’m not sure if that’s correct?
First, enable the built-in reflux of the compressor; after that, slowly close the inlet and outlet valves – this is how to shut down the machine under unloaded conditions
You are requesting a shutdown to relieve pressure, but you don’t know where the pressure from your current process is being released – how does the current process work? Generally speaking, to relieve pressure before shutting down the system, one should first open the return line and then close the outlet valve, which will lower the outlet pressure. I’m not sure if this method will work for shutting down the system
