The data is as follows: Inlet temperature: 88; Outlet temperature: 199. Inlet pressure: 1 atm; Outlet pressure: 3 atm. Inlet flow rate: 225923.855 m3/h; Outlet flow rate: 98370.3131 m3/h. Power consumption: 10767.3358 KW. How is the exhaust volume of an air compressor calculated? The more detailed, the better. Thank you all! ! !
Judging from these numbers, you’ll need to buy a larger blower! !
A turbo compressor should be able to do it. What gas is it? Is it corrosive?
There is no corrosion. Could you provide information on the turbine compressor?
This information can only be provided by professional turbine manufacturers.
Haichuan should have these equipment sales staff online, lurking there for a long time, just like me. I hope you can find a suitable manufacturer! ! !
What is the compressed medium? This compressor has a very high flow rate of 220,000 cubic feet per hour. To facilitate the selection of compressors and reduce their size, the inlet temperature of the compressor is generally kept as low as possible. The 88 degrees specified in your conditions is a bit high; it would be better to equip the compressor with a cooler to reduce the temperature to 40 degrees. This will help to significantly reduce the size of the compressor as well as its cost. If the process gas is to be compressed, it is recommended to use a centrifugal compressor. If it is air, lower the air temperature first before choosing an axial flow compressor.
