Please discuss how to handle the gas and liquid at around 100°C that are separated out from the sulfur recovery waste boiler discharge separation tank Is the gas released directly? How to deal with the liquid?
How to handle waste water from used boilers depends on the amount of waste water generated; if the amount is small, it is usually cooled by adding fresh water and then discharged into the sewer system. If the volume is large, a heat exchanger can be added for cooling; it can be used to replenish circulating water or to recycle condensate.
