When the unit is in operation, is the liquid level control valve of the tower adjusted manually or automatically? How to adjust the liquid level and temperature? How to operate it?
When starting up the vapor phase unit, it is advisable to first increase the bottom of tower temperature slowly (manually); at this time, set the liquid level at the bottom of the tower under automatic control (try to keep the liquid level above 80%).
It must be that the control valve has been set to manual mode – something that any qualified operator knows. As for the liquid level, it should be kept between 50% and 80%, with the temperature increased gradually to avoid overheating and overpressure!
When starting the unit, the liquid level control valve of the tower should be set to manual mode, with the liquid level at the bottom of the tower adjusted to around 60%.
