In our factory, the screw feeders and the rotation speed of the trays in the disk-type continuous dryer are often not constant. Those who have used such equipment – what rotation speed is considered appropriate?
This is related to the properties of your dried material. Why aren’t the feed speed and tray rotation speed fixed? There are usually control parameters for these, so why do they change arbitrarily? Still testing?
