What are the different models of water ring vacuum pumps? What are the specific differences between them, and in which applications are they suitable? How should one choose the right model when making a selection? And there are pumps whose outlets have gas-liquid separation; in such cases, is it not necessary to use a tank? Why do some pumps require a tank while others don’t? Do I need a complete set, or can I assemble it myself? Thank you

Siemens’ technology uses the 2BE series models ; Naishi technology’s TC/CL/SK models, etc ; Vacuum pump outlets usually come equipped with an upper-mounted vapor-water separator. Furthermore, there are significant differences depending on the application sector: a pre-stage gas-liquid separator is required when the extracted gas contains a high amount of liquid; a custom-made rear-stage pressure vessel is needed when specific requirements exist regarding the exhaust pressure of the gas; and a rear-stage gas-liquid separator is necessary to achieve closed-loop control of the vacuum pump. Industries that use vacuum filtration with liquid ring vacuum pumps include power plants, paper manufacturing, mining, foundry industries, air separation plants, and the rubber industry; these sectors all require vacuum pumps of relatively large size. Since you have chosen the 2BV series, which is a very small vacuum pump, generally there is no need to order a separate gas-liquid separator unless closed-loop control is required
