Application for professional titles

Requirements for obtaining an assistant professional title: 1. Graduates from secondary vocational schools who have completed one year of probationary service and passed the assessment can be preliminarily eligible for this title； After 4 years of qualifying at the staff level, eligibility for an assistant-level professional title is initially determined (for example, those who have completed secondary vocational school and have worked for five years can directly qualify for an assistant-level professional title) ； 2. Graduates from junior college institutions who, after completing one year of probationary service, continue to work in technical positions related to their field for another two years (those with a part-time junior college degree must work as technicians for three years); upon passing the assessment, they may be initially eligible for an assistant professional title ； 3. Bachelor’s degree holders who, upon completion of one year of probation* and passing the assessment, may be preliminarily eligible for an assistant professional title ； 4. After obtaining a master’s degree, one must work in this field for another 3 years; upon passing the assessment, eligibility for an intermediate professional title can be preliminarily determined ； 5. Those who hold a doctoral degree and pass the assessment may be preliminarily eligible for an intermediate professional title.
