What is a heat pump wire? Should the circulating water of the pump continue to be in use even after the pump is stopped?
For the warm pump line, a bypass line is generally installed in front of and behind the check valve at the outlet of the standby pump; if the outlet valve is closed, the bypass line should be installed behind the outlet valve and in front of the check valve. The flow rate of the warm pump line is not high, so the control system needs to ensure that the standby pump does not rotate in the reverse direction. We use pipelines with a diameter of DN15 or DN20 for this purpose. Personally, I think it doesn’t matter whether the circulating water from the pump is continued to flow or not after the pump is shut down, but in the case of a standby pump, it is recommended to keep the circulating water flowing!
Is the fluid in your pump hot water or room-temperature water? What is a heat pump for? Accelerate the launch? Is it still for freezing protection? It is necessary to figure this out in order to better understand the function of this pipeline
I’m not entirely sure either. The heating lines in our system are used to prevent the medium from freezing; especially pumps that handle oil slurry or wax oil are equipped with such heating lines. When the medium is steam, these lines remain connected even when the pump is not in use. This is because if a backup pump needs to be used, it would be too late to turn on the heating lines temporarily. I hope this helps you

To prevent the liquid from crystallizing, steam heating or electric heating is often used, and the heating system is usually kept on.
