Our company is a state-owned enterprise that produces 500,000 tons of methanol per year. This workshop includes processes such as purification, compression, freezing, synthesis, distillation, intermediate tank areas, sulfur recovery, and hydrogen recovery. It operates on a four-shift system with three shifts running simultaneously, and each shift employs 12–13 people.
Private enterprises: Employees work in four shifts with three shifts per day; 6 to 7 workers are assigned to each shift in each production section.
