When the inner cylinder needs to undergo a gas-tightness test. Should the jacket be welded after the internal cylinder pressure test, or should it be welded after both the internal cylinder pressure test and the airtightness test are completed? Strictly speaking, should it be the latter?
It is the latter, because the welding jacket must be installed on the upper jacket after the inner cylinder has passed the tests. The pressure test must be carried out first/

I misunderstood my view on the second floor. The second floor only mentioned that a pressure test should be carried out first, avoiding the issue of a gas-tightness test.
Both the pressure test and the airtightness test should be conducted before jacket welding; otherwise, it will be impossible to verify the quality of the inner cylinder and its sealing requirements.
I also think that a hydrostatic test should be conducted after the inner cylinder is manufactured, followed by an airtightness test; only after both tests are successful should the outer cylinder be welded! !
When a gas-tightness test is required for the inner cylinder, it should be conducted before the jacket is welded. After the jacket is welded, the inner cylinder still needs to undergo a pressure test and a leak test

After the inner cylinder is manufactured, a hydrostatic test is conducted; once it passes, an airtightness test is carried out. After the airtightness test is successful, the jacket (outer cylinder) is welded, and after welding is complete, the inner cylinder is subjected to another hydrostatic test and an airtightness test. After passing the inspection, a pressure test is conducted on the jacket (outer tube).
It seems this question was asked appropriately. Personally, I think the jacket should be welded after both pressure testing and airtightness testing have been completed, but it is likely that most manufacturers weld the jacket only after performing the pressure test.
