With stirring in place and the rotation speed not being very high, is it possible to use a float-type level switch for controlling high and low liquid levels? Is it stable?

A level electrode can be used. Given the presence of corrosion, it is likely that the environment is one with strong acids or strong bases; the medium should have a certain level of electrical conductivity. The presence of spare ports is convenient in such cases. If the corrosivity is not high, a 316L electrode can be used; in cases of extremely high corrosivity, graphite electrodes should be employed. Since stirring takes place, the distance between the two electrodes should be more than 10 centimeters

If the position of the liquid level sensor in your mixing port is large enough, I would recommend using a 4-wire radar system along with a sleeve; if there’s an opening on the side, then many options are available. As you mentioned earlier, it’s not easy to create such an opening.
