What are the factors that affect the quality of imported NSK bearings?
1. Japan’s NSK bearings have manufacturing plants in China; when you purchase imported bearings, you are actually paying a high price for domestically produced products； 2. The sphericity of the bearing ball surfaces does not meet the requirements in some cases ； 3. The imported NSK bearings in our unit do not perform well.
In fact, domestic NSK bearings can still be used even if they are made in China. The two things to be most wary of are: first, counterfeit bearings; second, refurbished bearings. There’s no need to explain why counterfeit bearings are a problem, but refurbished bearings have a shorter service life. An indication of this is the presence of many scratches on the surface of the bearing, as well as various marks on the friction surfaces of the inner and outer rings.
