Should a flow meter or a weighing module be used for the sump?

I would like to ask everyone: when designing a high-level tank in a workshop, should flow meters or weighing modules be used for measuring organic solvents? In terms of cost, the modules are certainly cheaper than flow meters; but in actual use, which option is more convenient and practical?
It depends on your needs; flow meters are not very accurate for measurement, while weighing is more precise. However, flow meters require less space when used for batch control, while weighing systems take up more space.
The weighing accuracy needs to be high, and it should not be affected by the properties of the material being weighed. Flow meters have poor accuracy, and their installation as well as the material being measured pose certain requirements. . . . It is recommended to use weighing whenever possible, as it also reflects trends
Can’t we simply choose a precision metering pump to replace the sump? If substitution is not possible, it is recommended to use a weighing mold for more accurate measurement.
