If the pre-tower temperature is too low, it’s hard to establish reflux, right?
As long as the return pump can start working properly, that’s fine; temperature is related to pressure, and actually, as long as there is a return flow, it’s sufficient. For water interconnection, the main focus is on checking the pumps and instruments.
