Reboiler issue

When designing a siphon reboiler using Aspen Plus, the heat load calculated through Aspen simulation results in an outlet temperature of 129 degrees, while the outlet temperature at the last tray of the distillation column is only 79 degrees. What is the reason for such a large difference? Please help, fellow sailors. Thank you!
Reply 1# Lotuce ASPEN PLUS cannot be used for reboiler design; ASPEN’s EDR should be employed for the design of thermosyphon reboilers. When setting up the reboiler in the process design in ASPEN PLUS, do not set the vaporization rate too high; generally, the vaporization rate for thermal siphon reboilers is between 5% and 10%.
