How many drops are equivalent to 1 ml of basic blue? Does anyone know?

This question is a bit like when the rich man asked Avanti how many buckets of water are in a river If the bucket is as big as a river, then it’s one bucket; if it’s only half that size, then it’s two buckets. So, by the same logic. If this drop is 1ML, then it is one drop. If it is 0.5ML, that’s two drops. . . . . . .
A standard dropper dispenses 0.04 ml of solution per drop, which is about 25 drops; an ordinary dropper releases around 20 to 23 drops.
