Under normal circumstances, what are the consumption levels for parameters such as the circulating water and fresh water in the reverse regeneration system, power consumption (amount entering and leaving the unit), steam (medium pressure, low pressure, amount entering and leaving the unit), fuel gas, and catalysts?
The actual conditions vary from factory to factory, and so does consumption. What I have is: circulating water at 834.75 t/h; fresh water at 3.2 t/h; demineralized water at 9 t/h; electricity: (380V) 507 kWh; (6000V) 1872 kWh. Steam consumption at 1.0 MPa is 9.01 t/h, while steam production at 1.0 MPa is 13 t/h. Catalyst usage is 210 t/year.
