Pressure transmitter for the drying bed: instrument air is supplied to the pressure guide tube to prevent dust accumulation. Dear teachers, may I ask? Is the zero point of this pressure transmitter adjusted when the instrument air vent is closed, or when a constant supply of instrument air is available?

Two issues need to be clarified here. One is whether you intend to measure the actual pressure, or it’s sufficient to detect the pressure fluctuation (i.e., the difference between the blowing pressure and the internal pressure). If measuring the actual pressure, the purging during measurement should be interrupted for a few seconds; in such cases, the purging pressure needs to be turned off. If it is to detect the pressure difference, then the blowing pressure is not turned off, but there is no pressure inside the tank. I personally think so

Who is right after all? On the 4th floor, you were referring to the level gauge, right? But the principle is the same. We are fluidized drying beds. There are 3 pressure chambers. The important parameter is the pressure difference between the two pressure chambers. This way, it can be determined whether the pressure chambers are connected and free of blockages.
