During the monitoring, the exhaust temperature of the superheater rose suddenly to over 80 degrees, and it couldn’t be brought down even after several shifts. About an hour later, the absolute value of the negative pressure in the superheater increased suddenly by over 70. Experts, what could be the problem?
Reduce the flue plate opening. Clearly, heat is being carried upward, causing the temperature to rise and the pressure inside the furnace to drop. Has the temperature of your mid-section radiation section not been affected? This is the most crucial part, right?
Since this incident occurred, the exhaust gas temperature has not dropped at all; the temperature of the radiation section is not displayed in our area......but the steam temperature has decreased significantly.
