Today the company provided items as compensation for high temperatures – two bottles of honey :(. There is no plan to increase the allowance for high-temperature working conditions. The nature of the work involves working both in the DCS system in the workshop and on-site; the temperature in some areas of the workshop exceeds 50°. Although there is air conditioning in the control room, staff often have to go to the site. In such circumstances, is it necessary to provide compensation for high temperatures? Has anyone else encountered this situation?
Our company gave out 800 yuan and 200 bottles of refreshing drinks.
