What causes high conductivity of superheated steam in a boiler?

Our boiler produces superheated steam at 3.82 MPa, but its conductivity is very high, around 20; I’m not sure what the reason is. Could you please advise me?
The reasons and solutions are as follows: 1. Saturated steam contains water, and the reason is a problem with the steam-water separation device in the drum; check the steam-water separation device. 2. The boiler water has a high salt content. Reason: 1) High salt content in the feed water; improve the quality of the feed water, and check the operation of the desalination equipment for the return water from the heating network and chemical water ； 2) The waste discharge rate is too low; in that case, please increase the waste discharge. 3. The quality of the superheated steam desuperheating water is poor, with a high salt content; the desuperheating water is generally just feedwater, so the quality of the feedwater should be improved. In addition, the superheaters should be backwashed regularly.
