What thermometer should be used to measure heat transfer oil?

As the title suggests, I’d like to ask everyone: what kind of thermometer should be used to measure heat transfer oil? Around 300 degrees.
OP, 300 degrees is not a very high temperature, but it’s important to know the maximum allowable temperature for heat transfer oil. If the temperature will not exceed 350 degrees, I recommend using a thermal resistor ； If the temperature exceeds 350 degrees, or even higher, use a thermocouple.
