What are the reasons for high condensate temperature in steam turbines?...... The cooling water pressure, water temperature, and flow rate of the surface coolers and heat exchangers. It must be related to the degree of hydrophobicity, right? What other factors are there? ? ?
Besides what you mentioned above, I think it might also be related to the exhaust pump; if the exhaust pump fails to remove all the waste steam, the temperature of the condensate will definitely be high；
It is also related to the vacuum level of the condenser; once, due to a blockage in the extractor nozzles, the temperature of the condensate rose to around 70°C, whereas it is usually around 55°C
The most common issue is scaling inside the condenser tubes, which reduces the heat transfer coefficient; even when the flow rate, temperature, and pressure of the circulating water are normal, this can still result in a high temperature of the condensate
