Reply to 3# jxzstq: As for what to do with the associated gas at the wellhead, whether to use it for centralized liquefaction or for power generation – the key factor is the amount of associated gas produced by your well. Different approaches require entirely different equipment and processes. In fact, it would be worthwhile for the Yanchang Oilfield to set up larger tanks for gas extraction and light hydrocarbon recovery at several of its stations

The process routes for recovering mixed hydrocarbons and recovering LPG/NGL are similar, but the latter is relatively more complex and requires higher investment. First, it is necessary to know the volume and composition of the associated gas in order to determine the process route and flow diagram; thereafter, a feasibility study is carried out to conduct economic evaluations and investment analyses. Our oil field is currently installing 3 modular recovery units, and we have also provided a set of modular equipment for the Sarebrak oil field in Kazakhstan, which is set to go into operation soon. .
I have previously worked on light hydrocarbon recovery and associated gas recovery projects. Give me the requirements, and I’ll prepare a feasible report for you when I have time. Don’t forget about me if you start a project in the future.
