There are many technologies for treating polysilicon off-gases, such as CDI and PSA. Does anyone know about the OGR technology? Which manufacturers offer this technology? Fellow sailors who know about this, please discuss it. Thank you

I’ve heard of VGE; I have no idea what OGR is. Could the original poster explain it to me?

OGR is something unique to Zhongneng; it’s original, so not many people have seen it
I have seen it. It was developed using CDI technology.
Is OGR something other than N2? That system is basically idle now.
This is a medium-energy device – it’s a distillation tower that uses CDI along with the recycled material from previous distillation processes! It’s called OGR. It’s really nothing special! ! !
It’s really frustrating – isn’t OGR (Off Gas Recovery) just the recovery of exhaust gases? Isn’t some exhaust gas recovery based on CDI technology?
