I can’t reduce the size any further in CAD. What should I do?

In CAD2008, the message “Cannot be reduced any further” always appears; even using the z-enter-A-enter command, it is not possible to reduce it to the minimum size； It can be reduced to a very small size by regenerating, but it remains the same after being closed; is there a one-time setting that can fix this? Thank you!
You can try changing the ratio settings
Just type ‘z’ in the command line and ‘X’ to change the scale
ltscale .............
Select all in the view and regenerate them
Enter z, then enter s, then enter a scale factor of 0.01 or a smaller value to zoom in, or a value of 100 or greater to zoom out
The z-a you use is a global scale; for example, if you draw a rectangular frame, using this setting will ensure that the rectangle is displayed as large as possible across the entire screen!

Recreate a file by copying everything from the original one, then save it, close it and open it again.
