How is the Tai’an Celulose Technology Research Institute? Who are the manufacturers of hydroxyethyl cellulose? What are the benefits? Is the quality guaranteed? Which design institute designed it?

Professor Shao from Beijing Institute of Technology has done a good job with hydroxyethyl cellulose, but the Cellulose Technology Research Institute in Tai’an isn’t as good – I can’t give them high praise. Hehe. You can check out Cellulose Network; there might be information you’re looking for.
