Filter alkali machine washing spray

Our company’s 20-square-meter alkali removal machine has four washing stages for the rinsing process; it uses Φ57 pipes, with 3 mist-type nozzles and 1 fan-shaped nozzle. However, at present only 2 of these stages are in use, and the amount of water used for rinsing is still relatively high. In previous experiences, machines with all four stages activated and Φ45 pipes were used, resulting in a rinsing water level as low as 650. I wonder how everyone does their laundry
Our unit uses two layers; the key is to get the nozzles right. It seems like our setup has been modified here
