I’ve met many people, and quite a few of them use Excel for progress management! Let’s discuss it together
No need for this software~ just use Office ~
We have PROJECT + P6+ ERP – all the necessary equipment is available – but we lack workers, a site, expertise, and the necessary capabilities~~~

For the most common tasks, Project is used; currently, P3 software is employed for management
More is used with Excel or Project, less with P3; it mainly depends on the owner’s requirements
It seems that P3 is still quite rare. Is it only required for large-scale international projects?

P6 is still relatively easy to use
