The dynamic separator can increase the output of the coal grinder, and it’s widely used in steel mills and cement plants, but less so in power plants. It consumes a lot of electricity, and the current required is also high. It involves vulnerable components – bearings can burn out, impellers can fall off, and frequency converters can fail, among other issues； With a large opening, it is difficult to grind coal powder finely; many domestically produced mills use high-dynamic separators (especially those used with large-scale power generation units) in order to ensure a fine particle size of the coal powder. Most small factories still use static methods, as they are cost-effective.
