Go or not go? This is really a problem

After graduating, I came to the far northwest with highly romantic ideas; it’s close to Afghanistan but far from home, it’s very dry, and sandstorms are common here； What frustrates me the most, however, is the management style here. Since it’s a monopolistic industry, the vast majority of employees work for those few institutions supported by the monopoly firms. The key issue is that these groups stick together very tightly; that’s not really a problem in itself. It’s even quite normal to put some pressure on new employees. What’s unexpected, though, is that they go too far. I really want to leave, but I’m reluctant to do so, and staying means that the quarter seems meaningless to me. Struggling...

If you want to leave, just do it; there’s no need to worry about it.
