Safety issue of liquid remaining in the front rubber hose after LPG is loaded

After liquefied gas is loaded, liquid remains in the front rubber hose; releasing it directly poses safety risks. How do people solve this problem?
Focusing on this issue, when liquefied gas is loaded onto a vehicle, there is a vapor line, right? Isn’t nitrogen used for supplementation? Could it be that nitrogen is used to push the gas in? It’s just a guess, hehe! I hope to see a real answer. :lol
