What are the causes of vibration in gas fans? What are the consequences?
The reasons for vibration in gas fans can be roughly summarized as follows: First, surge – vibration of the fan occurs when the process conditions are not appropriate, leading to surge. Second, poor foundation construction for the fan, or loose anchor bolts, can also cause vibration. Third, vibration is caused by damaged fan bearings. Fourth, the coupling is not properly aligned.

Coal tar impurities are attached to the fan impeller. 3. No flexible connections were installed at the inlet and outlet of the fan, resulting in pipeline resonance. 4. The fan has a high flow rate, while the user’s demand is low, resulting in surge. 5. Imbalanced adjustment of inlet and outlet valves.
