Problems with cooling in heat exchangers!

For a refrigeration heat exchanger requiring a value of -90, what should be its working medium? Also, what are the tube side and shell side of the heat exchanger, as well as the tube length? Thank you!
It’s minus 90°C, right? It uses liquid nitrogen, but to be honest, it’s still quite a complicated process. The liquid nitrogen cryogenic units offered by our company have, in actual operational conditions, successful applications at temperatures as low as minus 80°C.
