What is the typical leakage level that diaphragm valves can achieve as automatically controlled shut-off valves, and what is the highest leakage level they are capable of achieving?
The highest level of leakage can be achieved, but the pressure is not very high, at only 0.6–1.0 MPA

Let me tell you: the American standard divides leakage levels into five categories, II, III, IV, V, and VI, with water, air, and nitrogen being used as the testing media. The Chinese standard, on the other hand, has eight leakage grades, labeled A, B, C, D, E, F, G, and H; the testing media include air and nitrogen at temperatures of 10–50 degrees, as well as water and kerosene. The number of bubbles released is measured under conditions where a tube with an outer diameter of 6 MM and a wall thickness of 1 MM is inserted vertically into water at a depth of 5–10 MM, with the surface of the tube end having to be smooth.
