Searching for the model and manufacturer of a LCD gauge that can be installed in a 1151 case and displays 0–100%

This post was last edited by denghl on 2011-9-17 11:07. Hello everyone! Question: Our company has a large quantity of domestically produced imitation Rosemount 1151 pressure (level) transmitters. After several years of use, the LCD displays on most of these devices have gradually become blurred, faded, or failed to show any image, making it difficult to read the values – or even impossible to read them accurately. The manufacturer of this display header has ceased production, so it is not available for purchase. Seeking: alternative digital display heads; the manufacturer does not mind having multiple options for comparison purposes. I think the header should meet these conditions: (1) The input signal is 4~20mA. It serves as both a signal and the power supply for the meter. (The circuit on the transmitter; the gauge is connected across the diode. When the gauge is removed, the signal is transmitted normally through the diode, while when the gauge is connected, the diode is bypassed.) (2) The size must be appropriate, at least large enough to fit in. The display of the Rosemount 751 is a bit of an overkill, given its high price, when used in such a poor-quality transmitter. I hope everyone can recommend products that work well for you, or product information you are aware of, to help me solve this practical problem. A local manufacturer of pressure transmitters came to our company to promote its products, which helped solve this problem for me.
