【Urgent】How much is one ton of standard oil per ton? I’m not sure if there are any standards or reference materials

We are calculating the energy-saving potential; if a refinery manages to save a certain number of tons of standard oil, how much would that be in RMB, based on the price per ton? Where does the standard for this come from? Also, when calculating environmental benefits, how do we convert them into values for CO2, SOx, NOx, etc.? I’m in a hurry
